REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Clara & Sophia Boutique, we take pride in the quality of every order we send out. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly ask all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and item details before completing a purchase to avoid any discrepancies.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that approval is not guaranteed, as our fulfilment team processes orders as quickly as possible.
Once we receive your request, we'll check with our fulfilment team to confirm whether your order has already been dispatched. If it has not yet shipped, we'll proceed with the cancellation.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@clarasophiaboutique.com as soon as possible and we'll get back to you promptly.
REFUND REQUESTS
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept refund requests for change of mind or buyer error.
However, we will accept a refund or replacement request if:
- You received an item that is different from what you ordered
- You received the wrong size or wrong colour
In eligible cases, we're happy to reship the correct item at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be from our store
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Your request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your package
HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST
If you believe your order qualifies, please email our support team at support@clarasophiaboutique.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- A photo or video of the item received
Once we receive your email, we'll respond within 24 hours. If your request is verified, we'll ship the correct product to you free of charge.
Please note: We are unable to issue full monetary refunds.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund. Clara & Sophia Boutique is not responsible for packages that may have been lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
